The New Braunfels High School dance team members hosted their annual Jr. Monoceras Dance Clinic the morning of Sept. 16 at NBHS with a record-breaking 121 little dancers in attendance.
The clinic included a morning of fun learning two dance routines. As a whole, they learned a dance routine to perform together during halftime at the Sept. 22 varsity football game. The attendees also split up into groups by age during the clinic to learn a separate routine. At the end of the clinic, the attendees hosted a showcase for their parents and performed both of the routines they learned.
During the halftime performance on Sept. 22, the clinic participants joined the dance teams on the field for the opening number at halftime.
The next dance clinic is planned for April 29 with a special public performance on May 4. All proceeds from the dance clinics benefit the NBHS dance teams. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
