The New Braunfels Lady Unicorn soccer team won the district crown in Class 6A District 27. The Lady Unicorns had a district record of 9-0-1 this season and will face San Antonio Clark in the bi-district round.
The bi-district match will be played at Ferris Stadium in San Antonio on Thursday, March 23. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
New Braunfels was dominant throughout the course of their lossless district season. The Lady Unicorns surrendered only five goals behind the goalkeeping duo of Autumn Lugo and Payton Mills. NBHS also was the gold standard for goals scored this season with 24.
