Attendance Incentive
Spring 2023
We firmly believe that our organization operates at its best when 100% of our employees are here and engaged. It is the sole reason “High-Performing Staff” is one of our district’s 4 priorities. To drive toward this priority and address the opportunity for more pay, we have developed an attendance incentive for the second semester for all employees, part-time and full-time. The details of the attendance incentive are below:
Must be employed as of January 4, 2023 and remain employed through May 26, 2023.

* Any time taken within a day will be counted as one absence in regards to the attendance incentive. |
We know things happen out of your control that will cause staff to miss work, so we have created a list of exceptions that will not count against an employee, but documentation is required:
- Jury Duty / Subpoena
- Bereavement (Immediate family only)
- FMLA
- COVID
- Approved non-duty leave (226-day employees)
- Approved vacation leave (260-day employees)
