This academy prepares professional educators to take on the role of principal, and also helps them grow in the areas of campus culture, personnel and the NBISD Strategic Plan. The APA will meet once a month for seven, half- day sessions during the school day as a cohort. The APA is facilitated by NBISD’s School Leadership Department and allows aspiring Principals to learn alongside professionals from across the district.
