• NBISD has one of the top 5 annual starts and annual closings of any district in the San Antonio region.
• The district is forecasted to add 700 to 900 single family homes a year for the next 5 years.
• The largest future housing growth is projected to occur in Lamar, Klein Road and Veramendi Elementary attendance zones.
• Projected enrollment in 2024-2025 is 11,394.
• Projected enrollment in 2029-2030 is 12,631.
