NBISD College and Career Center

The New Braunfels ISD College and Career Center is designed to support all students (pre-kindergarten through 12th grade) as they prepare for college and career readiness. The NBISD College and Career Center defines college as any post-secondary education that includes: technical school, military career, certificate program, two-year college, four-year university, or professional degree program.

The NBISD College and Career Center helps all campuses incorporate college and career readiness skills to provide students with an awareness of college readiness, career, and industry skill standards.

Through the College and Career Center, students and their parents can also access information about:

  • How to apply for federal financial aid;
  • The automatic admission of certain students to general academic teaching institutions;
  • The availability of programs in the district under which a student can earn college credit, including advanced placement programs, dual credit programs, joint high school and college credit programs.
