Welcome to the NBISD Foundation Graduation Plan Information Page. The information on this page will help students and parents navigate the process in personalizing a Foundation Four-year Graduation Plan. This information is relevant to all current 8th graders. All current 8th graders and their parent or guardian will have an opportunity to meet with a school counselor or administrator this school year to discuss a required Foundation Graduation Plan.
