Absence Management is an online program that allows employees to enter absences and request substitutes, as needed.
1. You can interact with Absence Management on the internet here. Once you are logged in, you will be able to enter absences, check your absence schedule, update personal information, and exercise other features such as uploading your lesson plans for substitutes to view online.
2. You can also call Absence Management toll free at 1-800-942-3767. Simply follow the voice menu to enter and manage absences and access other features. It is recommended that new users call in to check the computer recording of your name and title. To do this, press Option 5 and follow the prompts.
You will need an ID and PIN number to access Aesop that will be issued to you by Human Resources.
If you wish to update your ID number, please change your number under the account tab. You may also change your pin by selecting the account tab.
When entering an absence, please wait until you receive a confirmation number before you terminate the phone call or close your internet browser window. Your transaction is not complete until you receive a confirmation number.
Log in to your account and click on the Help button to visit the Learning Center. Then click on each icon (Popular Questions, Getting Started and Create an Absence) to watch videos for instructional and helpful tips.
