A: This could be a couple of things, but first check and make sure the blue ethernet cord is plugged in. Next try unplugging and plugging back in (from wall and back of the computer)

Unfortunately, we do not have access to reset passwords for iTCCS or Gradebook. Your campus PEIMS clerk should be able to get it reset for you.
